Fireco Quality Policy

This is the Quality Policy of Fireco Ltd. Fireco shareholders attach great importance to the quality standards of the business operations. It is therefore the policy of Fireco to develop and maintain a Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, so that the business can provide and maintain a consistent high quality in all work undertaken in all areas of the business.

The corporate objective of Fireco Ltd is to achieve long-term profitability by designing, manufacturing and supplying a range of fire safety products and services which are easy to use and to install. They must meet the requirements of our customers and conform to all applicable legal or statutory requirements in UK and international markets. Currently, the range includes Dorgard, Dorgard Pro, Dorgard SmartSound, Freedor, Deafgard and DMS and services include installation and maintenance of the aforementioned products.

It is the aim of Fireco Ltd to provide its customers with cost effective and reliable products and services to assist them in meeting their compliance needs.

Fireco’s Quality Management System will ensure that operating procedures and systems are in place to achieve and maintain the highest standards of performance. By continuous monitoring and measurement of this delivery, opportunities for continuous improvements will be identified and implemented.

Implementation of this policy and its processes is the responsibility of the Quality Management Team.

The aim is to make sure all members of staff fully understand their impact on the Quality Management System and its processes in alignment with ISO 9001:2015. This will be achieved through building quality processes and measures into normal operations with regular internal audits and training sessions, complemented by an open policy of relevant documentation.

This policy will be reviewed on a six monthly basis or when a major change in the business dictates.
