Can Fireco support the full lifecycle of a fire door estate?

Yes. Support is available for inspection, remediation, supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance across the fire door lifecycle.

Can I add any additional hardware to my door once it's installed?

Yes. We recommend that any additional hardware (door closers, magnets, and retainers) has the correct certification and test evidence to ensure full compliance with your new door. Can I buy supply-only fire doors, and what is the typical lead time?

Yes. A supply-only service is available, with lead times typically around 6 to 10 weeks depending on the door selected, quantities, and supplier lead times.

Do you offer any other services?

As well as our installation service, we offer a supply-only service. We also provide a fire door inspection service.

How long does a typical door installation take?

Installation time is dependent on how many doors need to be installed. For more information, please call 01273 320650.

What does Fireco’s fire door installation service include?

It includes fully compliant, primary-tested doorsets, a nationwide measure-up and quote service, and installation by BM TRADA-accredited installers.

What's the lead time from order to installation?

Lead time is usually 6-10 weeks but depends on the doors you choose, the number you require and the lead times of our suppliers. Please call 01273 320650 for an up-to-date lead time estimate.

Who will be my installer(s)?

We use our own 3rd party BM TRADA-certified installers.

Will any remedial work around the door be completed? (Will I have to replaster the surounding wall, etc.)

We will do our best to limit damage to the surrounding wall, and all areas will be made to look presentable, but you may need to carry out small remedial work independently.
